MRC-101
(PLEASE NOTE: This event is cancelled) MRC 101 Training will be held on Wednesday, February 12 at 6pm at the Board of Health Conference Room, 61 Center Street, 2nd Floor. MRC 101 is a short presentation designed to give volunteers an introduction to the MRC and discuss key issues pertaining to the establishment, such as organizational structure, liability issues, and types of deployment. This course is a requirement for all volunteers.

The most immediate project is to create and staff an education table at the BOH Health Fair on March 28, 2020 (10am-1pm). The selected subject is vaccines. Volunteers will receive materials to distribute to local businesses (brochures and flyers) and will be assigned specific locations in Burlington to distribute those flyers. This community outreach project has proven effective in increasing our membership.
