MRPC MACE Plan TTX AAR & IP

Attached is the After Action Report (AAR) and Improvement Plan (IP) for the Metro Regional Preparedness Coalitions (MRPC) Mututal Aid Coordinating Entitiy (MACE) Plan Tabletop Exercise (TTX) that was conducted on May 2nd, 2024. Representatives from the Region 4AB MRPC, regional hospitals, the Massachusetts Department of Public Health/Office of Preparedness and Emergency Management (MDPH/OPEM) and the Massachusetts Emergency Management Agency (MEMA) were in attendance.
