The MRPC held a debrief workshop on December 9, 2020 for stakeholders to review the first phase of the COVID-19 response (February – November 2020). Workshop objectives including assessing situational awareness and information sharing, regional resource coordination and success stories/barriers in order to inform an After Action Report and Improvement Plan (AAR/IP). Survey data from participants and stakeholders is also incorporated into the AAR/IP.
