About the Region 4AB HPP

Mission Statement

The members of the HPP Coalition in Region 4AB, otherwise known as the HPP Coalition, work collaboratively to enhance regional and individual capacity to plan for, respond to, recover from, and mitigate the impact of a wide range of health and medical threats.

Annual Goals and Objectives:

  1. Planning, organizing, and pursuing opportunities related to training and the purchasing of equipment, in the pursuit of preparing the HPP Coalition and individual hospitals to respond to a disaster
  2. Support Region 4AB Health and Medical Coordinating Coalition (HMCC) in providing 24/7/365 response capabilities. Actively participate in HMCC level trainings, activities, projects, and other such initiatives
  3. Provide situational awareness and guidance as it relates to multi-agency coordination, incident management, information sharing, and resource coordination
  4. Make funding decisions to enhance regional planning and response capabilities
